Through a FOIA request to the PA Dept. of Agriculture, I have confirmed the following kills at that state’s tracks thus far this year. As always, the packet came with this: “Your request is granted in part and denied in part. PDA has withheld records related to necropsy reports as they are exempt from disclosure by law.” So, detail is lacking (I’ve supplemented with chart notes where possible). Also note: Two other horses – J C’s Lovin’ Life and Cattin – have been killed this month; they will be part of the second half FOIA.
