The horrible Keri Brion – a frequent visitor to our site – has been “provisionally suspended” by HISA after her horse Chasing After You allegedly tested positive for cocaine at Presque Isle Sep 19. Brion, of course, says she’s innocent: “For those of you who know me know that this is not an accurate depiction of my operation. I have retained a lawyer & we will fight to the end to clear my name.” The 3-year-old Chasing, by the way (and perhaps unsurprisingly), “won” that race, with Brion sharing the booty of $11,400.

It’s too bad the horse can’t hire a lawyer.
Nah, the horse snuck out after dark and went to town to find it himself. Why else would she hire a lawyer? She’s innocent.
Did she inject the horse herself or did she pay someone else to do the dastardly deed? Allegedly, of course.
