How can people “love” to see jockeys whipping the horses they ride? It’s Animal Cruelty! Even in the video simulation of the Kentucky Derby for the pandemic year of 2020, the jockeys could be seen whipping the horses.
Without whips and without illegal electric shocking devices, the forcing of immature young and underdeveloped colts and fillies to gallop at top speed would not be cruel enough for these money grubbing people in this industry.
I once watched a video replay of a jumps race and the only jockey that just let the horse run without whipping him was the only horse in the lead. All of the other horses were being whipped and some literally falling. One horse got tired of the idiot jockey whipping him between every jump and finally planted his front feet on the ground in front of the jump which caused the jockey to go flying over the hurdle by himself. The horse was clearly smarter than the jockey. He galloped towards the inside rail and jumped it so he was not on the racetrack with the rest of the horses and jockeys.
