“Went Bad,” Dead at Gulfstream

Another day, another dead horse. According to the chart for the 1st at Gulfstream yesterday, Holy Spicy “went bad nearing the quarter pole…and had to be euthanized.” She was three years old. In her penultimate race – just 13 days prior – Holy finished 9th, 14 lengths back. Her primary exploiter: Pedro Garcia.

  1. I live right behind the training track every morning between 5am and 10:30 the sirens go off a lose horse. A breakdown A heart attack today may 30th that happened a siren went off screaming and yelling to stop stop a horse cobbled and fell to the track dead. Another beautiful soul lost RIP I DONT KNOW WHO YOU WERE.
