Wanda, Equibase is notorious for inaccuracies! Many horses that we rode in the 1990`s & 1980`s don`t even show up. Here in Oregon, not too long ago, it was common for horses to be run on a Wednesday & then on a Sunday of the same week at the county 1/2 mile bull rings. Amazing how many bettors rely on Equibase for past performances when gamboling! Incorrect info is another reason never to bet on horse races.
APOLLITICAL MAVERICK, a Quarter Horse gelding, is listed on Equibase as having last raced on November 22, 2025.
It is shocking to read that he, or any horse, was raced again only five days later. Also, Equibase results for APOLLITICAL MAVERICK are incomplete by not including the race on November 27, 2025.
What is up with that?
