In the 2nd at Churchill Saturday, says the chartwriter, Scooch Over “fell in mid-stretch, [and] was transported off the track via equine ambulance.” In fact, I have learned, she is dead, at three. The complicit: breeder Catherine Hudson, owners James Ball and Sherri McPeek, trainer Ken McPeek, jockey Emmanuel Esquivel, and all who support this evil industry in any way (betting, attending, watching, working in, etc.).

So wrong All about money
Nothing from Churchill, nothing from Mcpeek, nothing from DRF. They obviously are trying to hide the reality.
Nancy, Ditto for HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPS, the big chestnut gelding killed on November 14, 2025 at Aqueduct with Rudy Rodriguez as the so-called trainer.
Nancy, thank you for sharing that. I believe it is called “algorithms” to explain the reason why that video showed up on your phone. I agree with you about horseracing worldwide; it is evil Animal Cruelty anywhere it occurs.
Most countries that have this evil industry also have activists but I don’t know of any anti-cruelty-to-horses organizations in Asia. Japan is one of those countries that, no matter how repulsive it is to so many, eat horse meat as part of their culture. 🤮🤮🤮
For some reason unbeknownst to me, a video showed on my phone of Aoraki in Japan racing on the 15th. The horse was an offspring of their premier horse Gold Ship. I say was because he raced as horse #8 in a race where the fall was horrendous. The jockey went flying up in the air and has a head injury. Aoraki got up from the ground and they loaded him into the ambulance. He was euthanized shortly thereafter. Another sacrifice of a beautiful pure white horse. The point is this barbaric sport continues worldwide. It isn’t only here. It needs to be erased and become just a memory world over.
The words “this evil industry” describe horseracing perfectly. This evil industry should not be supported by subsidies; in other words, abusing horses/Animal Cruelty should not be supported by subsidies. Abusing horses/Animal Cruelty should be punished, not rewarded.
