Horses suffer horrendously just due to the standard practice of keeping them locked up in a 12 foot by 12 foot stall with no outside pen that allows them to get out of the stall at will. These exploited horses are not allowed to exercise their own free will. Then add, “returned home in ambulance” to the daily routine mistreatment of horses.
Wouldn’t you just love to be locked up in a prison cell for 23 hours a day and be taken out for forced exercise under the weight of a whip-wielding rider and also be injured and be “returned home in the ambulance” knowing your “home” is a prison cell…???
