How true – it’s been said that you can judge a society by its treatment of its animals, and the rampant escalation of barbaric cruelty to all animals across our nation proves that western civilization is ready to fall.
The deaths of these horses is proof that North America is doomed! When general society has a dormant and useless conscience (which does not respond to the business of human, animal or environment protection), then that nation is in great peril of being overpowered by evil governments and thus seized and annihilated. World War 3 is inevitable.
It seems as though these “people” have no shame at exhibiting extreme stupidity in their lack of knowledge of basic horse care and no shame in appearing to be extremely barbaric.
Why would anyone with any self-respect associate with these “cavemen” of the horse industry???
The connections of the horse named HOLY SMARTY should be charged by the local prosecutor for gross mistreatment of a horse, abuse and neglect.
Where was the “regulatory” veterinarian???
Where were the stewards or the racing commissioners while this horse suffered from day one???
Everyone of these horses suffered horrendous pain and all of the human connections should be in jail as far as I’m concerned.
No horse should have to be treated the way these barbarians treat their horses.
It’s really a gross Injustice that nobody can step in and protect these horses from their abusive owners.
faimont seems to specialize in abusing horses without vet care. that is abuse and that owner for l0 days needs to be brought up on charges imo
“Colicky for TEN days”?!!!!! And what, pray tell, was done to alleviate this horse’s suffering in those ten days, or was he simply sent on forced marches all over God’s creation in the hopes he would just walk off the pain? I’ve seen first hand the sheer agony colic can cause a horse, and to leave one suffering with even mild colic for any length of time is completely reprehensible.
