This type of abuse, brutality, cruelty appears to be a common occurrence in this industry of morally depraved people who refer to themselves as horsemen and/or horsewomen, but this deplorably bad behavior is not horsemanship at all. This deplorably bad behavior is Animal Cruelty. These people should be criminally charged with the abuse of this young and underdeveloped filly. Of course, the California Horse Racing and Horse Killing Cover Up Board is in on the abuse, the brutality, the cruelty and the killing. They are all guilty of Animal Cruelty with their constant abusive exploitation of horses for racing, breeding and as gambling chips.
