I won’t know for sure till the Arkansas Commission responds to my request, but given the writeup it’s highly likely he’s dead.
There was a horse yesterday named Jolly Tommy who fell and lost his rider past the wire. Any news on him?
The way that happened looked very strange, odd, unusual. It’s horrible that people exploit horses this way. It’s unacceptable cruelty to horses.
