Details from the Kentucky Racing Commission on three kills I previously reported…
Paddock Boss, Oct 30, race 8, Churchill: “There was a full thickness tear in the skin of the dorsal pastern. The interphalangeal joint was open, with complete luxation. There was massive soft tissue damage. Both the common and lateral digital extensor tendons were torn. The straight, oblique, and cruciate suspensory ligaments were torn, with partial avulsion of the oblique sesamoidian ligaments from the first phalanx.” Paddock Boss was two years old.
Must Be the Money, Nov 26, race 8, Churchill: “There is an open lateral condylar fracture with comminution. There is an apical fracture of the medial sesamoid and an axial avulsion fracture of the lateral sesamoid. There is severe soft tissue damage, including tearing of the flexor tendons, the suspensory apparatus, the sesamoidian ligaments, including rupture of the intersesamoidian ligament.” Must Be the Money, also two, was in the race where Paddock was killed; then he himself died next time out.
Anytimeallthetime, Nov 30, race 1, Turfway: “Fell at the 1/4 pole. Upon arrival by vet, the horse was recumbent and was exhibiting agonal breathing. Vertebral column: comminuted fracture of C2 vertebra with spinal cord transection. Left forelimb: comminuted diaphyseal fracture of MC III.” Then this: “[Trainer James Alessi] said that he and his wife [owner Kristina Gilbert] were stunned and had no explanation, but thought that it was a freak accident.” Anytimeallthetime was five years old.
And where’s the grief and sadness?
Of course they have no explanation because that would be an admission of foreknowledge and guilt of willfully premeditated and deliberate cruelty to a horse. Pretend to be surprised because acting like they’re dumber than sticks makes them look like geniuses, right?! Of course! Only degenerate and vile vomit-worthy morons could do this to a horse and act innocent when they are as guilty as sin.
No explanation as to why a horse would literally disintegrate while on their watch, huh? Stunned is right.

Anytimeallthetime was one of the worse that you can not unsee. A freak accident? Did anyone who saw this happen lose any sleep? This whole travesty should be put to bed and NOT sweep under the carpet.
Of course, the so-called trainer, James Alessi, not being a true horseman and the woman owner, Kristina Gilbert, not being a true horsewoman, would be stunned when they ran the horse named ANYTIMEALLTHETIME to fatal injuries and subsequential death on November 30, 2022, in race 1 at Turfway.
They ran the horse to death. They should be in prison for willful abuse, brutality and cruelty of the horse!
