    Gambling on horses is intertwined with the racing of horses. Pair-mutuel betting is legal but it, among other things, contributed to the deaths of these horses. Stop Government Subsidies to the horse racing industry. Without millions of dollars from our government to fund the purse money of races, there would be fewer races.
