  1. Racetracks are death pits for these racehorses.
    Prior to dying, most racehorses suffer while the enablers of the abuse, the commissions and racetrack owners, permit this to continue.
    They are beholden to the wagering firms who make billions off the racehorses and give little to nothing back.
    Racehorses like BANK OF GOLD. 13 years old. Horrific abuse.
    LUCKY MELISSA. 11 years old. Running for her life after making over $300,000.
    It’s never enough money to ensure a safe landing as we’ve seen time and time again.
    They just squeeze the lemon dry because they don’t care.
    They are blood-sucking leeches who are supported by an industry who facilitates this cruel, abusive, and sadistic behavior under the guise of “caring.”
    Sickening.
