  1. As Patrick states these Death Lists don’t contain all the racehorses dying during training hours.
This is just 2 examples of the horror and blood bath taking place at the “premier” track Saratoga.
    This is cross-posted from FB:

“With Saratoga’s much-anticipated opening still two weeks away, we already have two dead baby horses:

On May 28th, two year old Lakalas, “collapsed and died after breezing”.

On July 6th , two year old Queen B “suffered a fracture while breezing and was euthanized”.”

More often than not I see international horses being brought over from other countries.
In this case, Lakalas was brought over from France with equine insurance policy in place supposedly.
Now DEAD with allegedly a huge pay-out.

The dying is ugly, but so are the rotten stories often behind the dying.
This business is evil, don’t be caught up in the fancy hat syndrome.
    Stop supporting this.

    • The hard-core supporters of this business are beyond the pale and don’t give a damn about the horses, What is important is NO new supporters/bettors.

Racing is concerned about attracting new fans and that is why sites like this are so important in exposing the true nature of this corrupt and outrageously cruel business. The ugly truth behind the “fancy hats” is coming to light.

      • Yes Rose.
There are not enough fancy hats to hide the racehorses dropping dead in the dirt.
Their rims are just not big enough.
