  1. Again, heart breaking. Every one of the horses on this list shared things in common with our own beloved four-legged family members…first and foremost, they wanted to live.

DEAD HORSES for entertainment? This is just sick craziness…

  2. Outrageous cruelty continues because of a corrupt industry in pursuit of money and mindless gamblers many of whom are addicts.

Ps Mr. Jacobson has “topped both trainer and owner standings this season on the Aqueduct inner track”. ” He continues his dominance of the inner track with 37 wins out of a hundred starters”.. Even racing fans have nothing good to say about this guy. Yet, he continues to be recognized for his “achievements” !!!! One fan lamented how frequently he starts the horses. Well, he can do that because there are no rules to prevent such blatant abuse !!! Why would any fan lament such abuse without realizing it is not just this particular abuser but the whole rotten industry that in essence encourages such abuse by the lack of any rules to protect the horse.

    • Couldn’t agree with you more Rose – no rules to protect the horse!
It is my belief that many trainers are addicted to racing.
