Pegasus Red, Thursday, Aqueduct, race 2 (not vanned but “returned bleeding”)
These poor horses don’t stand a chance.
Also, what is Jorge Navarro doing at Gulfstream or any other track for that matter. He has a very questionable record, to say the least. The horse, Raised for Speed, was claimed by Navarro in August for $5,000 and now broke down in the 9th race. I hope there will be a necropsy considering this individual’s history.
Rose, I would hope so, as well. But don’t count on it. Racing likes to keep its filthy secrets in the dark. No spotlight there.
To each horse listed, I am so sorry. We are trying. We will not quit.
