He was born on April 10, 2023 and his only race was at Del Mar on August 15, 2026. The purse money was distributed so that all horses competing in the race and crossing the finish line received a designated portion.
CHAMPS OURAE finished 7th out of 10 horses. The horses finishing 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th places each received $500 for crossing the finish line. Obviously, it was the owners/trainers who received the $500 for running their horses at such a “prestigious” racetrack. I didn’t realize Del Mar was operating like a racino; Mountaineer style.
