The NYS Gaming Commission says Mcbardle “collapsed after crossing the wire [last] in the 6th” at Buffalo Friday, and died. “Driver,” they add, “reported that just prior to collapsing the horse started to wobble.” His exploiters: Tammy and Kyle Cummings.
