Two days ago, we asked you to speak in behalf of Mo Dont No, who was slated to go under the whip for the 96th time, and so many of you did. Thank you. As it turned out, Mo’s race was canceled due to weather (we will keep you updated).
Today, we have another action – and once again, it’s at Mahoning. Like Mo, Montauk Cove is 12 years old. This poor boy has already been raced an unconscionable 107 times – with #108 scheduled for tomorrow at 2:30 (6th race). Whether or not they will (or even can at this point) act, they must hear from us, for if we don’t speak for these animals, who will?
