I have been able to confirm the following kills at Colonial Downs: Black Empire in the 9th race Aug 23; Oishi in the 2nd race Sep 1. The former was three years old, the latter four.

In the picture of Colonial Downs on the internet in New Kent, Virginia, the racetrack looks huge.
They are definitely promoting the gambling business there with casino games as well as Pari-Mutuel betting on the horses. It looks like all they care about is getting people to bet their money on horses as gambling chips/ gambling objects and blow a bunch of money at the casino, of course!!!! While people are there, they can spend their money on not only betting and the casino games, they can also spend their money on food, lodging, and maybe some souvenirs of some sort.
The whole image gives me the distinct impression that they have an attitude of, seriously, “WHO CARES about the horses that are fatally injured by exploiting them as gambling chips!”
Evil definitely lives here.
