2-Year-Old Dead Six Days After Being Injured at Los Alamitos

Back on Mar 8, He’za Ten was “eased” in the 4th at Los Alamitos and subsequently “ambulanced off.” Yesterday, the CHRB disclosed that He’za was euthanized six days later. That would be dead horse #7 at Los Alamitos this year. He’za was two years old, and this was his 10th time under the whip. The complicit: Daniel Harralson, Jose Raudales, Eduard Fernandez, and all who support this vile industry in any way.

  1. This fatal injury of a horse, HE’ZA TEN, is a clear violation of the California Code and Regulations, Title 4, Section 1902.5 — Animal Welfare.
    Clearly, the members of the California Horse Racing Board are a participating party to violating the laws against Animal Welfare in California.
    Horseracing should not be allowed to have a “social license to operate” in California or any other state.
