On Dec 7, Night Effect “suffered an injury” at Aqueduct and was eventually “vanned off” the track. Yesterday, says the Gaming Commission, the 4-year-old was euthanized for that injury at a hospital in Saratoga. So once again, because (in my opinion) this industry is trying to reduce kills for PR reasons, a horse was made to suffer a drawn-out death – this one for 5 1/2 weeks. On behalf of the cruel, selfish human race, I say, sorry poor boy.
Two notes from Parx yesterday: Prior to the 4th, Akna “was reluctant to load”; she was raced anyway, “then was injured in deep stretch, pulled up and transported off the track in the equine ambulance.” Bastards. A bit later, Rerally “injured himself in the starting gate and was ordered a late scratch.” Yes, he “injured himself.”
This, every day, is horseracing.

All four men are malefactors who are heartless and without a single virtue that would prove they are human. The money and fame they have acquired by executing horses will result in punishment (hopefully in the federal courts, but one day eventually by God Himself in His Court of Justice).

Pat Day though along with Bob Baffert, and D. Wayne Lukas et al are being handled by talent agencies that book these villains and vermin for speaking engagements that range from 5,000 upwards.
Day’s quest for immense wealth proves that he does not have the authentic heart of a disciple of Christ. Charles Spurgeon, John Wesley and a long list of apostles of the church went out of this world having spent their ministerial earnings on schools for children, feeding the poor and assisting the disenfranchised, etc. Mr. Day prefers to ignore the tragedies of contemporary society (homeless humans and animals, destruction of the environment, the slaughter of horses such as Ferdinand, Exceller, the murder of 10,916 race horses due to abominable trainers who specialize in evilness). Nobody knows how many horses have died to the cruelties that are usual in horse racing, but 10,916 is an enormous indicator of the guilt and sin that exists in the wicked industry that bills itself the Sport of Kings. History remembers one such King who enjoyed lopping off the heads of his wives when that entertainment repulsed society the get of Henry the 8th went on to the sin of racing horses.

She wants to build a platform???? What she wants is a stage to get noticed and to construct profits for a dying industry. I am smiling at their stupidity…as P.T. Barnum once observed, “You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can’t fool the people all of the time.” And, most definitely nobody can fool God at any time. The suckers who want to bet on fixed races decreases day by day. The industry is DOOMED!

We know the racing industry insiders lie like crazy. We know they lie to cover up their own sins against the horses. This smoke and mirrors garbage is not going to save them or their evil industry.
Horses are by nature built to run away from danger or fight when they feel threatened if they can’t run away. People who want to take full advantage of this flight response also don’t much care about their fight response. These greedy people willfully put horses in situations that cause an outrageous amount of stress on the horses. Then they lie to cover their own butts by blaming the horse(s). It’s one of the most spineless things that any human being can do. It’s unacceptable.
The starting gates are torture chambers for the horses. Of course, the racing industry uses starting gates for their own selfish reasons. They are proud when they should be ashamed of their evil ways.
