Cyber Warfare, says the CHRB, died at Los Alamitos Nov 21, no details. He was two and had last been raced Oct 6. He is the 36th beautiful animal to perish at this track this year.

Nov 16: “Proven Hope was injured in the post parade and was scratched.” He had also been sold before the race, but of course that sale was voided.
Nov 17: “Big Dreaming finished 5th and required the horse ambulance. It was later reported that the horse had returned lame.” (The race chart said nothing of this.)
Nov 20: “The [sale] of Tegwar was voided when the horse bled [that would be pulmonary hemorrhage].” But that wasn’t the only sale voided that day because the properties in question finished their races physically compromised in one way or another. The others: 4-year-old Fort Warren, 7-year-old Went West, 6-year-old Top Gun Tommy, 6-year-old Roman Centurian, 6-year-old Business Model, and 6-year-old Rocco Strong.
Also on the 20th, Mucho Mojo was scratched by the regulatory vet for being “unsound.” And this: “Red Zone bolted near the 3/8 and unseated her rider. The loose horse evaded the outriders before jumping the outside fence and falling in the barn area. The horse was placed on See Vet List.” This was the 2-year-old filly’s very first time under the whip.
This, too, is horseracing.
CHURCHILL DOWNS IS THE ALAMO OF HORSES – No mercy, no quarter given, just total barbarity! Perhaps the answer to the rampant injustice in the industry is for advocates to do research on filing court documents requiring the stewards to appear in court and give answers as to why they are “aiding and abetting felony animal abuse.” When the stewards are guilty of dereliction of duty and do not impose appropriate penalties against horse killers than the public (animal advocates) should respond by legally holding them accountable for their actions. Stewards will not like it when the public forces them into doing their jobs according to the standards of integrity and justice as established by God and the Deputies of the Declaration of Independence.
In America and indeed in all nations where horses are used and abused to increase the wealth of avaricious billionaires and drug pushers then the people have no choice but to stand determined and resolute that horses will be given the legal protections of kindness and compassion or else there will be legal consequences to those who abandon their conscience to the criminals who profit from the sufferings of horses. Americans are not cowards, but the people who control horse racing are — it is time to move the criminals out of the turf club and put them where they belong on the sidewalk with all the trash cans filled with losing pari-mutuel tickets.
What a trainwreck at Churchill Downs! Los Alamitos should also be closed permanently.
Horses deserve to be treated with kindness. Exploiting them as racing slaves is not a kindness. Racing is diabolical and unacceptable cruelty to horses.
