Ransom Call, says the CHRB, was killed training at Santa Anita yesterday. He was four years old and had been raced once – way back on Dec 15. Which leads one to suspect an injury/layup of some sort. Also dead: Car Lady at Finger Lakes today – “horse found deceased in her stall.” “Horse” was seven and was slated for race #51 today. Surely, though, answers will come, as the Gaming Commission assures “investigation continues.”
Dead animals every day – this is horseracing.

This is not normal for that many horses to just die my guess would be judging the horses. The cartel is big In horse racing go figure..
I know I have said this before, but I have never heard of so many horses “found deceased” in their stalls…It so rarely happens outside of racing, but with race horses it’s pretty standard. Why?
An investigation means they are never going to admit to malfeasance so take a number and wait…
