The complicit: breeders/owners Kirk and Judy Robison, trainer Peter Miller, jockey Armando Ayuso, and all those who support the U.S. horseracing industry in any way – betting, attending, watching, working in, etc.

Look at all the people who enable the abuse and killing of horses for racing and wagering because they are selfish and greedy die-hard horse-abusers and horse-killing cowards themselves.
Peter Miller does stick out like a sore thumb in the Animal Cruelty department but he would not be getting away with it if it were not for the people who also engage in this egregious cruelty to horses in their own capacity.
There are so many horses being killed by the racing industry everyday and we don’t usually discuss the names of the trainers of every horse that is abused and disabled or killed.
The California Horse Racing Board has allowed Peter Miller and many other trainers to get away with all kinds of lying, cheating and rule-breaking as well as the daily abusing of horses that leads to the killing of so many horses.
This disgusting industry is in decline and the end of this atrocious miscarriage of justice cannot come soon enough.
Even Mike Repole admitted (published online) that there are selfish and greedy people in this industry who won’t agree to pay a (relatively small) percentage of their income from sales of horses to help pay for aftercare.
There are so many people in this industry who will always be treating horses like a disposable commodity on purpose.

Each coast of the US has their frequent fliers for horse killing and abusing. The west coast’s is Peter Miller. This guy looks sadistic, and is well known for even being abusive to other humans, much less horses. He played the CHRB, and “retired” to avoid doping charges, all the while it was well-known he continued to train. Then, lo and behold, he decides to get a 2nd wind and come out of retirement, and back to horse killing! The fools and suckers in this “Sport” are abundant, and how pathetic of the owners to trust this creepo with their horses!
