The NYS Gaming Commission reports that Vallelujah was “found dead in [her Belmont] stall” yesterday. That’s “found dead” – at the age of four. Vallelujah had been put to the whip 21 times (most recently Dec 31), all at NYRA tracks.

This finding of young, underdeveloped immature colts and fillies dead in the prison-cell-stalls that their human wardens force them to be confined in for twenty-three hours a day, seven days a week begs many questions.
Also, how many horses are “found” dead that are not being reported?
The New York Racing Association is responsible for the deaths of many horses and yet they claim to be “safe” and demand public taxpayer support to keep their treachery against sentient beings going. This morally depraved, money-grubbing organization needs to be exposed CONTINUALLY for their hideous abuse of horses and their lies.
