Passarando, says the CHRB, died at San Luis Rey Monday, no cause as yet. In his final race, at Del Mar Aug 31, the 4-year-old finished 24+ lengths back. Immediately before that race, he was also sold. Just another piece of chattel made, expended, and destroyed.
