From the stewards at Churchill…
Sep 29:
“The claim [sale] of After Five was voided when horse was placed on Vet’s List.”
“The claim of Two Worlds was voided when horse was placed on Vet’s List.”
“The claim of Tape to Tape was voided when horse was placed on Vet’s List.”
Sep 30:
“The claim of Major Fed was voided when horse was placed on Vet’s List.”
“The claim of Cool Rags was voided when horse was placed on Vet’s List.”
“Voided claim submitted for scratched horse [either Dear Lady or Terranova].”
“Coastal Defense returned lame and required assistance of horse ambulance.” The chart, by the way, said nothing of this.
Oct 1:
“The claim of Taysom was voided when horse was placed on Vet’s List.”
“April’s No Fool returned lame and required assistance of horse ambulance.” The chart, by the way, said nothing of this.
“Whenthedawnbreaks was injured in the paddock and scratched.”
Is it a possibility that some horses don’t get properly recorded in the charts because of the connections wanting to keep the details hidden for whatever reason? Is there a little something-something being exchanged under the table for the chartwriter to conveniently fail on purpose to not record certain pertinent details in the charts on certain horses?
