As mentioned, The New York Times covered our Stakes protest yesterday. But that wasn’t the only good news on the media front. (It’s good news, of course, because we’re able to get the facts and truth out to a much wider audience.) The following all landed yesterday: an op-ed I wrote for MSNBC; a USA Today article in which I was extensively quoted; and a CNN piece in which I appear, and on which I worked with the producers for many hours. We are making progress – educating and exposing – every day.
Thanks Patrick for all you and your team are doing to speak for the horses. The horses are also speaking to the media with their bodies. They are being pushed to the extreme to win. This can’t go on. This is sanctioned animal abuse.
