The following horses were “scratched” from races at Los Alamitos over just eight days in November. Yes, their “connections” – exploiters – had every intention of racing them, but were thwarted by the track vet.

There was a “shortage of cheap horses” at Los Alamitos Race Course last year, so that the Friday night race card was cancelled last year. I am thinking that the so-called shortage is still a thing, because it is a no-brainer that they continue to injure and kill horses for racing and the wagering handle. Killing horses in this egregiously barbaric bloodsport is part of the game. “It’s part of the game” is a well known fact, but who could possibly know it better than the owner of LOS ALAMITOS…?
