Our protest group continually tries to get Del Mar to cancel races when our temps go up. Nobody cares and the races go on most of the summer. In November they will start up again. It is all about $$$$ with no concern for the innocent, exploited horses who have no choice about when they perform. It is disgusting. This is horseracing.
These idiots would send horses to race on the surface of the sun if there was a buck to be made.
