Half Ton of Fun’s “result” in the 7th at Parx yesterday afternoon: “stalked two wide, was injured on the backside, pulled up and euthanized after.” He was six years old, and this was his 48th time under the whip – and third under trainer Patricia Farro in just the past three weeks. Grind ’em up, spit ’em out – this is horseracing.

May the trainer, Patricia Carro, be punished because causing the death of a horse is NOT HORSEMANSHIP!!! Causing the death of a horse is ANIMAL ABUSE OF HORSES!!!!!!!!!

Recently Del Mar closed for a day due to weather. I was very surprised that the responses to the FB news posts were all about ending horse racing for good. Your message is getting out. Keep it up!

If all of the people causing the deaths of these horses were in jail where they belong, there would not be enough people left at the track to carry on this shit and horror show of HORSERACING and PARI-MUTUEL BETTING!
