You can’t hold your breath forever, Santa Anita. While things have been quiet on the death front there, it was only a matter of time before the killing resumed. Today, Commander Coil, three years old and being prepped for his first race, “broke down” during morning training, and, says the Los Angeles Times, was euthanized. He becomes the 29th dead racehorse at Santa Anita since December 30.

I hate to read anything about Santa Anita race track because it is always about another killing spree. So today another poor horse is dead – a 3 year old not ready to race – not AT ALL but again you lose another horse because all of you SOB’s think you know so god damn much and in the end it is always the same – the horse losses his life to you bunch of abusers and horse killers. . This track needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY AND FOREVER – nothing ever will change here in the positive sense until the CLOSED signs are plastered across the entrance. You are all a bunch of bastards who only care about the almighty dollar and never ever about the animal. What a shameful bunch of assholes you all are. A 3 year old that never even got to start to live his life – so incredibly shameful. You people are all just sickening.

The racehorse’s need our voices now more than ever and it’s going to get worse as the racehorses population dwindles.
So sorry for all racehorses who suffered, were maimed, and killed on their tracks.
Let’s not forget that The Stronach Group has made a deliberate effort to hide the truth or facts by 1. eliminating the whip in photo ops, 2. showing pics with no whip 3.not providing names of racehorses who die in conjunction with the CHRB it seems, 4. editing out the breakdowns on race replays and this is what we know.
One can only imagine how they work behind the scenes in conjunction with politicians to rip-off taxpayers and divert billions in casino profits out of the hands of the community needs.
This antiquated business model that is wholesale carnage of racehorses has got to go.
