The NYS Gaming Commission has belatedly disclosed the kill (“fractured cannon”) of Richard Banca-trained Fool To Cry in the 4th at Yonkers March 31 – “investigation continues.” To date, 23 racehorses have died on or at NY tracks this year.

This industry is a cruelty circus, and a death camp.
I’m totally nauseous over our state/local governments supporting this unaccountable industry via huge tax breaks, taxpayers money, or casino money.
This is unacceptable. I know full well that if they had no financial support this industry would collapse, and what a great day that would be for the horses who are nothing more than profit slaves being beaten/whipped until their maimed or killed.
This should not be happening in the 21st century.
Maybe we should start whipping and drugging the owners, breeders and jockeys. THAT, I would like to see!
